Penovino Pen+Control Box

  • Penovino
This is the main marking equipment in a pen style. It has a steel body and gold plated connector.

  • Control box
Control box requires 24vac power as input. It has a 3mm jack for the connection. There is no polarization (+ or -) for the input voltage because it is ac voltage. This box generates the voltage and the signals that Penovino will use.
 

The iteams that you need to buy from local sources are; (This option do not include below items)

  • 24vac transformer
  • Electrolyte
  • Stencil

Tip Replacement Unit

If you like to replace the tip of your Penovino this is what you need. It has a simple plug connector. You can easily replace your tip without any proficiency.

   

Electrolytes

Electrolytes are water-based solutions of metallic salts with necessary inhibitors and wetting agents. These formulated solutions then create the desired mark through electrolytic action. To make a clear sharp mark it’s important to use the right electrolyte. The electrolyte or marking solution required depends on the alloy of material to be marked or etched.

  Penovino Electrolytes are in 50cc glass bottles. Below are the options;

  • Stainless Steel
  • Iron and Carbon Steel
  • Welding Mark Cleaner

Ready Made Stencils
We have designed some ready made stencils. Below is an example of 0-9 numbers. This can help you for Product Serial Numbering.

Custom Stencil Services

You will need a stencil to apply your logo or text to any metal surfaceThe stencil consists of a thin material in which there are openings in the form of a letter, number, or designed image. The current and electrolyte then pass through these openings to transfer the image of the stencil onto the base metal, quickly and permanently.

You can send us your black and white designs. Our graphic arts department can provide you with a quality design or we will reproduce your artwork.
